If you are using gform_after_submission to send the data to a third party service, it is being sent through a http request behind the scenes, it isn't "available" to see. You could make sure to have a SSL certificate to make the whole set-up more secure but I am not sure what you are looking for here... Have you taken a look at how our payment add-ons work to see what we do?
