The 'make-an-inquiry' form, since it had conditional logic, would be hidden with the display:none property until the Gravity Forms jQuery runs and unhides the appropriate fields. If that jQuery can't run, the form will not show.</p> <p>Normally you can exclude the scripts from being minimized and that will allow you to use Gravity Forms and W3TC at the same time.
