Hey there, you can export forms and then import them. Check this link out and see if it helps:

Is it possible to move forms from one site to another without having to recreate them? One of my clients site was on a test server and when migrated to the production server all of the forms were lost and rather than recreating 5-6 forms (with up to 20 fields) it would be great to be able to export the forms and move them over.

Is there currently a way to accomplish this, either through the database or through the WP Admin?
