Thank you. I evidently checked it while messing around in the settings. It's working now.

Double check that the "output css" option is enabled on the Gravity Forms settings page. If you're still having a problem, you can send us a login to your site via our contact form and we'll be happy to check it out for you.

Hmmm... Guess I'm gonna have to spend some of my evening looking over this. I checked my header and footer and verified that the wp_header() and wp_footer() is present.

You can use the contact form let us know the purchase email address and the email address you would like to change it to and we can do that for you.

I looked at the form and it's still not loading the Gravity Forms stylesheet. Once that's loaded the form should be formatted correctly.

Okay, well I thought I had a different address registered. It's no big deal, but is there a way that I can change the email that is registered?

They code snippet in the FAQ fixed my problem but made a new one. Now my text boxes for time are quite a bit larger and the Name attribute is puttin the First & Last next to the fields instead of under.

First, check that the email you're logging in with is the same address you used to purchase the plugin.. the authentication is based on that email. That should get you into the support area.

It looks like the default Gravity Forms styles aren't being loaded in your theme. Check to make sure you're using the wp_head() and wp_footer() function calls in your theme. That's usually why that happens.

If you continue to see the arrow/bullet graphics after you load the default styles. You can refer to the FAQ page for a snippet that should fix you up http://www.gravityhelp.com/frequently-asked-questions/faq-styling/

If that doesn't do it, lets get you logged in first, start a new topic in the support area and go from there.

For some reason, I can not post in any other part of the forums so I'm just appending my newest question to this one.

When I go to look at my form on my site, it shows my list decoration next to it. How can I fix this? You can see an example at http://www.qwertytech.net/contact-us .

Well I decided to overlook the multi page and purchase Gravity Forms. I have to say, I'm very impressed for the price.

Man. I really wish it did. I would buy it tonight and get it setup. I have a few clients that would use it also.

Gravity Forms doesn't currently support multi-page forms but it's definitely on the list and will make a future release. For now, a few users have accomplished this with a little jQuery manipulation and a popular multi-page form jQuery plugin.
