Fields don't save, the form itself saves as a whole. Can you describe the issue in more detail? What are you trying to add in your HTML block? They have nothing to do with supporting images or not. If you want to display an image in your form, then add an HTML block field to your form and insert the image tag to display the image. </p> <p>If you want to display an image in a checkbox or radio button, then you would add HTML to the checkbox choice name to display an image.</p> <p>HTML is supported in a variety of field types. It just isn't supported in the Field Label field (among others). But there is an HTML block field precisely for inserting HTML and images into a form wherever you place it. </p>
