			<description>&#60;p&#62;AJAX and the animations, etc. do use Javascript which require client side processing.  So if you want to keep it as light as possible, yes I would recommend turning this options both off.  It's a personal preference.  In some situations you need AJAX, such as displaying a form in a lightbox window, etc.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm betting this is a simple one to answer, but can somebody explain why I should or shouldn't enable AJAX on a mulit-page form? If I'm trying to keep it as light and lean as possible for my clients' old browsers, am I best leaving it off? And on the same note, should I kill the animations for that form, too? &#60;/p&#62;
