It sounds like it is possibly a file permissions or server configuration issue. </p> <p>I would look to make sure what you are uploading is the correct files, and also make sure that the file permissions for the plugins folder are correct. But when I go back to view the installed plug-ins the gravity forms plugin is still not listed. I've deleted the gravityforms directory and re uploaded it multiple times with no luck. I tried deleting the gravityforms directory on our server and re uploading it a second time, but it still is not showing in the "Manage Plugins" area. Any ideas? </p>
