Thanks, Vayu,

I'll share that with the team. Seems like a useful hook to me.

Hi Dana.

Thanks for replying.

I have the danish language file and am using it on the site, however, on the Swedish version it doesn't apply and is shown in English. (the danish language file I am using I have translated myself, but it is not complete hence I haven't sent it to Gravityforms).
The validation text is filterable via filter hooks as far as I am aware of, I just missed that on the Swedish version.
I would therefor like to make a request, that you add the ability to change the "Step" text with a filter hook.

Cordially
Vayu

Hi, Vayu,

No, there isn't a hook to alter that text. Gravity Forms relies on the language file to translate this, otherwise the text is in US English. We do not have translation files for Swedish or Danish (I believe those are the languages on your sites) so those words aren't translated. You will notice that the validation text is also in English on the Swedish form.

Because Gravity Forms uses the language translation file that corresponds to the language of the site, if you had the forms on two different sites, we could provide you with the language files so you could make a Danish and a Swedish translation version. That way you can set the translation for the Step x of x, and many other text strings. Let me know.

Hi.
I have setup this multilingual site, that uses a multi-page form. One little issue I can't find a solution to is translating the two words in "Step 1 of 4" in the languages other than the default WP language.

You can see the form here:
http://takexpert.com/berakna-ditt-pris/ - here it is not translated.
http://takexpert.com/da/beregn-din-pris/ - here it is.

Is there a filter I can use to hook into this section?

Thanks
Vayu
