It appears the value isn't sent in the notification, but it IS stored with the entry data and is displayed when you view the Entry Details in the admin. So it is stored, just isn't being displayed in the Notification. The intent is to have this form emailed to the site owner and automatically deleted from the database. I was told on this forum that this form would work fine as a Gravity form.</p> <p>However, I've submitted 12 test forms and whenever I select "0" as the answer, the entire question simply doesn't appear on the form. </p> <p>How can this be fixed? </p> <p>thanks,<br /> Suze </p>
