			<description>&#60;p&#62;You can use our list field to add a field to a form, and allow the visitor to &#34;add one more&#34; infinitely, or up to some limit you set.  In that way, they could submit one or up to 10 athletes with this one field, and all the names would be part of the one entry.  Does that answer your question? 			<description>&#60;p&#62;I am wanting to make an all star nomination form and coaches would be able to nominate up to 10 athletes say and I would like to be able to do that from one form and not have to refresh every time.  So make multiple entries and then when they are finished one submit sends all the data to a database, is this possible? I see this question already asked but it is in protected content.
