Create a simple form, add a confirmation that redirects it back to your form page, and submit again. If people want to buy these for different people, we want to be able for them to fill out the same form with different information.</p> <p>However, when they complete the form, add it to the cart, then go complete the form again, it submits it with all the information from the first time.
