			<description>&#60;p&#62;Have you tried this on a form that isn't integrated with WooCommerce to isolate the issue? Create a simple form, add a confirmation that redirects it back to your form page, and submit again. See if the error comes up.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;We have set up a form that requires filling out a name of someone to be honored with a flag placed in their name.  If people want to buy these for different people, we want to be able for them to fill out the same form with different information.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;However, when they complete the form, add it to the cart, then go complete the form again, it submits it with all the information from the first time.  Can anyone offer any help or a solution?&#60;/p&#62;
