I’m having an issue with multiple forms on one page and the salesforce plugin. The first form works just fine and creates a lead in SF as expected. However, it seems that submitting any successive forms only send the empty field data from the first form to salesforce. AKA. Any duplicated fields show up as blanks, any unique fields show up normally.

The first form can be accessed via the 'quick contact' at the top, the others are below the video.

Thanks in advance for any advice. I realize this is not a Rocketgenius plugin, but the response time on the plugin forum is more time than I can wait. Just thowin it out there.

The forms are located here.
