How are people using GF with multisite and maybe the 'new blog templates' plugin?

When I replicate a site with blog templates the forms dont get replicated, then when I go to export / import, it won't import the form to the new blog.

Ive also been reading about pre populating forms on blog creation.

But, kind of thinking about using just the one set of forms over the whole multisite environment using iframes.. if I create a few hundred sites then changing or amending one form in the future won't be a hassle.

The only thing with this is how will I know what site the form enquiry came from? If I embed the URL in my form, then surely it will only show the one page the form is on? Is there a way of detecting the page the iframe is on? I doubt it but worth asking!
