By default, the admin notification "To" email address will be {admin_email} which will pull the administrator email from your site settings.

Does that answer your question?

Hi

I have a multisite set up and would like a Gravity Form to be available by default on each site.

Is it possible to do this and have the admin email address set in the shortcode or using a theme options tool?

Purely because although the fields of the form will be universal, the email addresses for each multisite would need to be different, but I don't want the users of the individual sites to have to build their own forms - I just want them to be able to set the email address they want notification to be sent to.
