Gravity Forms Documentation is publicly accessible. Your clients should have no problems accessing and reading the Documentation for both Gravity Forms or any of the Add-Ons. No login is required in order to do so. Simply go to the documentation area here:

http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation

The Support Forums, however, are currently customer only. This is due to the fact it's tied into our purchasing system so that only customers with active licenses can receive support.

We may make the support forum read only for non-customers in the future, but it is not something we will consider until after we migrate to a new site we are creating to both sell and support Gravity Forms using our new Gravity Charge product.

Hi,,

I am extensively using GF as apart of a my multisite, and have found Gravity Forms to be everything it was promised to be, and some.

I fully understand that support is made only via myself, and not my clients. Is there any way that my clients can have access to the GF documents so that they can find the solution themselves, and maybe read only access to the support forums.

Thanks

Mark
