Earlier this month, she received 2 different form submissions, two days apart on May 6 and May 8, from people who did NOT know each other, but the attachment that Gravity Forms delivered to her was identical for both of them. She went back to the Wordpress Forms dashboard panel and tried to download them again directly from there, but it kept giving her the same attachment for each person. She finally had to have the 2nd person send her the attachment via email, but this made her very wary of how GF operates. She has since received another submission with a correct PDF attachment.</p> <p>Looking at the dates that she gave me, I see that this happened a few hours after I most likely updated the GF plugin (although I can't be positive of that) on May 6. I have since updated to GF Version 1.7.3 as of today.</p> <p>My client wants an answer as to why this happened and how it can be prevented again in the future. What do I tell her?</p> <p>Thanks! </p>
