Because admin only fields are only displayed in the admin... not on the front end... regardless of your user role. They are designed to be used in the admin for things like setting a custom status, etc.

Apparently I had all the other fields set to admin only for visibility. However, doesn't explain why I couldn't see them on the site since I'm logged in. But it looks to be working now.

It could be some sort of rule you've added via conditional logic that is hiding the fields. If you send us over a WordPress admin login for the site via our Contact Us form and reference this post we can take a look.

Nope, the preview is the same as the page. When I insert the Form on the edit page, the only code to appear is:

[gravityform id=1 name=ContactUncle Curmy]

I assume there should be other info there.

It's possible this is a plugin conflict. We haven't seen this behavior before, it's not outputting the fields. Does the form preview okay from the admin?

Hi, I just created my first form, and it's not working. The only thing that appears on the page is the Title and Description. Everything else is missing (Name, email, subject, your message). When I go into Form Editor, all the fields are there. When I go to the page and Add Gravity Form, it seems to only enter one part of the code.

This is what it looks like:
http://cinemacurmudgeon.com/contact/

Could it be a plugin conflict? I already emptied the cache, but that didn't work.
