I did receive your test entry, and I realized that my issue may be related to using firefox on my mac. Depending on how your caching is configured this can interfere with the forms ability to properly save data.</p> <p>2) Check for plugin conflicts.</p> <p>3) Check for theme conflicts.</p> <p>You check for plugin conflicts by deactivating *ALL* other plugins and then testing the form.
