			<description>&#60;p&#62;Thanks for your suggestions Carl.  I did receive your test entry, and I realized that my issue may be related to using firefox on my mac.   I'm not sure why the latest version of FF could be the cause, but I do see some other issues with this specific site.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;This could be a couple of reasons.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;1) Are you running any kind of caching plugins? Depending on how your caching is configured this can interfere with the forms ability to properly save data.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;2) Check for plugin conflicts.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;3) Check for theme conflicts.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;You check for plugin conflicts by deactivating *ALL* other plugins and then testing the form.  If it works, then you activate each plugin one by one and test the form after each one until you encounter the problem.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;You check for theme conflicts the same way except in this case you activate the default TwentyTen theme (in 3.0) and then test your form.
