Name: Andrew M.
Contact Email: andrew !at! uniquelitho.com
Date Needed: ASAP

Details: We're in need of a file uploader that integrates with Gravity Forms that supports large files that will give the form user an active visual indicator that their individual files are being uploaded. Preferably with support for uploading in chunks (for php.ini reasons) or uploading directly to FTP.
