If that's the case, it should be possible to do what you want.</p> <p>You can protect the form to ensure only logged in users can access it. It's on the Advanced tab of the form settings.</p> <p>Answers will be visible to anyone with access to view entries. You can configure your site to ensure that only the administrator role has access to view entries. Can I use Gravity Forms to create a poll that will collect all data in aggregate form? </p> <p>This is a membership site, each member should vote only once for each board position. </p> <p>It should be a private vote, no answers should be seen by anyone other than the admin. </p>
