You will have to experiment with this though, to be sure it is printed on the entry. You might have to add a text field with a default value, including your disclaimer text, and make it admin only or hidden. That way it will print on the entry page. Then, before printing the entry, check the box that says "show empty fields" and you should have a blank field called "Signature" on the printed entry.
