I have two gravity forms on a site. One is a registration form that collects registrant location and user type.

The second form will be linked to an Ad on the front page of my WordPress site. In that second form the visitor will select their location and a user type that they are interested in.

I would like a custom notification that will ping the database, look for registered users that match the fields and send the notification to them, if none are found then send to a default email.

I'm looking to match up registered users with interested parties. For instance if I have a Baker in Vine County sign up for my site, I want him to get a notification when someone visits my site and fills out the second form looking for a Baker in Vine County.

contact: kim@thewpvalet.com
