One is a registration form that collects registrant location and user type. </p> <p>The second form will be linked to an Ad on the front page of my WordPress site. In that second form the visitor will select their location and a user type that they are interested in. </p> <p>I would like a custom notification that will ping the database, look for registered users that match the fields and send the notification to them, if none are found then send to a default email.</p> <p>I'm looking to match up registered users with interested parties.
