Yes, you can use an image to replace a radio button to record their choice.</p> <p>2. Yes, with a pull down. I'm not sure how an image would be used here.</p> <p>3. Yes.</p> <p>4. Sliders are not built in and I don't have an example of anyone replacing a number input with a slider in Gravity Forms, although I know there are lots of jQuery number slider plugins. I've just not seen one implemented yet.</p> <p>Eye candy is all up to you.
