Yes, any custom CSS rules should go in your theme css files. The default forms CSS files get replaced/overwritten when your auto-update to new versions.

You can take the 3 column ready class style and springboard off of that to create more columns if you need. You'll have to tweak width values, etc to get it to work properly.

Here's a previous topic which is very similar. I gave them a block of CSS to get started.

http://forum.gravityhelp.com/topic/newbie-must-read-thread#post-13359

As I mentioned in that post.. the CSS was untested but should be a good starting point for a 5 column layout. You would add this CSS to your stylesheet once then you could easily call the classes for use in other forms.

First, I have to say that these forms kick a**.

I have a fairly large 4 page form located: http://gpsinsurancemarketing.com/alliance . Although it functions as I need it too, it is very uneasy on the eye. In some cases throught the form I will need as many as 5 fields on one line, which leads me to my first problem.

Problem 1:
I am currently using the latest Beta v 1.5 and I tried the css classes but they are not lining up properly on the same line and limited to THREE items on a line. What is the best wat to accomplish this (page 3 of the form with vehicle data)

Problem 2:
I will need to duplicate this form many times, so I would like a solution that can easily be duplicated

Thank you for your help.
