			<description>&#60;p&#62;Sorry I'm so thick and can't figure this out or find with search of forums.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My client would like the email notifications to bear the name of the company and I can't figure out how to get the notifications to &#34;print&#34; the form title in the notification.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;He gets forms from two different websites (representing two different companies). He wants the notification emails to include the company name and I can't figure out how to include a read-only field that contains the company name.&#60;/p&#62;
