&#60;p&#62;You can integrate your Gravity Form with nearly any 3rd party service which supports an HTTP POST by utilizing the gform_after_submission hook.  Or, you can look at any of our 3rd party add-ons to see how integration is handled there.    &#60;/p&#62;
