Update to the latest version of WordPress and Gravity Forms and you will have the correct jQuery. Gravity Forms is known to work with that. So I can't edit a new field, but all the previous fields are allowing me to do so, which is the confusing part. Is there a field limit on a form or something? It just seems like a bug, rather than a restriction however. </p>
