If things like Dashboard news, Gravity Forms Add-Ons, etc. aren't working then it sounds like your server isn't allowing your site to communicate with remote services/sites. The error they were receiving was a MailChimp error saying the API key was not valid. Is it the latest version? v1.3.2 is the latest. Please check. That is a MailChimp API error and not a Gravity Forms error.
