ah! Nevermind - I figured it out. Well, a workaround, anyway. Instead of trying to add in a Nickname value, I used this tutorial in the forums to just grab the Company value and pre-populate the next form with it (which is what I was trying to do in the first place!)

it's working fine now :)

Hi,

I'm using Gravity Forms 1.6.2. I am using the User Registration Add-On, but I'm having an issue. I want one of my fields to populate the "Nickname" field - but I don't see an option for that. I see "Display Name" (which only gives me the options of different formats of user name and login name), but nothing for the "nickname" field (which is "user_nicename" in the database).

I could have *sworn* the Nickname option was possible not too long ago, but now I can no longer find it. Is there some method I can use to map the field (it's "company name") to the Nickname? (and/or pop the data put in for the "company name" field into the Display Name?)
