Normally after they place their request they will get an auto reply that gives them their order confirmation. </p> <p>For some reason, one of our clients do not get the confirmation email. My co-workers and I have tried it with other email address with no problem, but it seems that any email sent with the @jillshouse.org tag will not get an email reply with their order confirmation.</p> <p>Any help would be greatly appreciated. </p>
