I'll upgrade to see if there is any difference.</p> <p>UPDATE:<br /> It's working now. There is also no submitted forms under Entries in WP dashboard.</p> <p>For notifications I am using {all_fields}.</p> <p>My form is broken into four pages. Could this be the problem since it worked fine before I upgraded to beta version.</p> <p>I can't post an url to my form since it's work in progress and is password protected. </p>
