When the check box is enabled, it would check for not just a duplicate of that particular field, but also would check against the entry date in the entries. It therefore would not let a second entry for <a href="mailto:billy@myemail.com">billy@myemail.com</a> on 12/14/2011, if there was already an entry there for that email and date combination.</p> <p>Thanks </p>
