You may want to test with a different email address and also make sure the email isn't getting flagged as spam by your email provider. If you use GMail, check the spam box.</p> <p>Try re-setting up the Notifications for that form, make changes, and save them again and then test.</p> <p>The Meta Recovery tool isn't guaranteed to work. Depending on how you exported/imported your database data you may have completely corrupted it and in that case you would have to create a new form. This happens when however you migrate the data isn't done properly, for example if you are using PHPMyAdmin to export/import the data it doesn't handle serialized data correctly.</p> <p>What you can try doing is downloading the Meta Recovery Tool from the Plugin Downloads page. Install and activate that plugin, it will add a Meta Recovery option to your Forms navigation. I've added a new form and that sends fine with same settings.</p> <p>The old form also will not show when I preview. </p>
