Thanks for the response Carl. Knowing what not to look into will prove to be a timesaver.

@rapprich The issue you are having is not the same as the original poster on this thread. Your issue sounds like a permalink issue related to how permalinks are working on your server. wp-admin.php?c=1 isn't a page Gravity Forms uses or links to. This is either a problem with your WordPress multi-site install or a server configuration issue related to permalink handling on your site.

I'm having a similar problem with my multisite installation hosted on mediatemple dv. When I try to access gravityforms from any subdomain backend, it redirects me to rootdomain/wp-admin.php?c=1. Any progress on this issue?

There are known issues with W3TC if using database caching and you have not setup W3TC to ignore database requests for Gravity Forms tables. GF relies on live data to function so if W3TC returns cached results it causes issues with saving forms properly.

Emptied the GF data via the settings, reconfigured it and just to be certain upgraded W3TC to the latest version and it seems to work now ... *stumped*

Are there any knows issues with W3TC?

Had a chance to do some more testing. I created a new subdomain on the same VPS and installed just WP 3.0.1 + GF 1.3.13.1 and everything is working fine now.. but just on that subdomain.

For the life of me I can't figure out where else to look in the main site to get this going again..

Yea, I have no idea why it would be cut off. The entire issue you are describing is strange and we have never seen it before. It's definitely a server environment issue of some sort, but unfortunately my expertise isn't in server/network configuration.

Media Temple if I'm not mistaken.. Will do some more testing on completely fresh installations and see what happens.

Any idea why it might get cut off btw? Seems like such strange behavior...

I would start with the PHP and MySQL versions and see if your host has upgraded them recently. MySQL may have been upgraded which may have been caused problems with existing data, although that shouldn't impact a fresh install on a new test site.

There is something definitely going on on the server end of things for it to be acting goofy like that. What web host is this on?

So it looks server related .. I guess (?). Twenty Ten gives the same error. Only the header of the email is sent cutting off the subject line or not displaying it at all.

Any clues on what might have been changed on a server to cause that kind of behavior?
