I would contact the author of the Traction theme and let him know the trouble you're having. It's possible that theme is outputting its own JavaScript on other wp-admin pages, like the one use for Gravity Forms. I've had Gravity Forms for a year. I looked for conflicts. If I try to delete a field, I get the usual message confirming my intentions. The field turns pink, but doesn't get deleted. If I want to add a field, the button reacts to my cursor, but no field is added. I can edit text in existing fields though.
