If your PayPal account has multiple email addresses associated with it, you have to use the primary. First she didn't have curl installed on her web server. Next she didn't have https support enabled in her curl configuration. So it's a web server configuration problem.</p> <p>If you are experiencing this issue then you need to check with your web host to make sure that A) curl is installed and B) it supports https. So that is normal behavior.</p> <p>In order to debug this we are going to need direct access to the site. It seems the communication cannot make it back to the site. There is a "mode" setting in the Gravity Forms PayPal page for your form and you can check "Production" or "Test". With test, you would use the sandbox email that PayPal provides.
