The form you created should be listed there. Next to the form title on the left you will find an id number. I successfully created a form using your wizard, but I am unable to insert the form into my post using the Embed option in the HTML Editor. I also don't see any place that I can get the shortcode to add the form to a page? I feel terrible asking, but I'm completely lost on where to look next. </p>
