There are no restrictions on that.</p> <p>The underscore is a valid character in an email address as well, so there is no problem there.</p> <p>You may have a general email delivery problem with your host. The solution in that case is to try the WP Mail SMTP plugin. It normally takes care of most email delivery problems. Can you install and configure that and let us know how it goes?
