Since you say you have the same problem with another form plugin, it is most likely another plugin of some kind preventing shortcodes from running properly.</p> <p>Here's what you can do to track it down</p> <p>- The first thing you need to do is deactivate ALL your plugins.<br /> - Activate ONLY Gravity Forms<br /> - Test to see if the shortcode works<br /> - If so, then you can then activate each plugin one by one until it quits working - there is your conflict</p> <p>If that doesn't work, it could be something in your theme.
