Meaning if the site is mydomain.com are the emails you are using also <a href="mailto:email@mydomain.com">email@mydomain.com</a>? Have you checked to make sure the notification wasn't flagged as spam?</p> <p>- Have you tested using other emails using a different domain that are completely unrelated? You would want to test trying to send the email notifications to a gmail or yahoo email account. When doing so make sure you look in the spam box for those to rule out the notification being flagged as spam.</p> <p>- You mentioned you tried what was outlined in the post above, which means you tried using the WP Mail SMTP plugin. Did you configure the Settings for the WP Mail SMTP plugin and use it's built in email test functionality to send a test email?
