Gravity Forms doesn't actually send the email, your web server handles this. Gravity Forms simply calls the WordPress send mail function which uses PHP to send the email. </p> <p>It is then the responsibility of your web server to actually handle and send that email. Some web hosts, such as GoDaddy, are notoriously unreliable when it comes to sending email via PHP.</p> <p>We are planning on introducing Add-Ons for 3rd party email providers such as <a href="http://postmarkapp.com" rel="nofollow">http://postmarkapp.com</a> later this year which will provide much more reliable email delivery capabilities as well as reporting and analytics.
