@NTMedia If you have 2 forms on your site and 1 form is sending email notifications and the 2nd form is not then the issue is going to be either how you have the 2nd from notifications configured or it's going to be something related to the content of the 2nd form possibly being flagged as spam. Have you checked your spam box to see if it's been flagged as spam?

Gravity Forms sends email the same way every time so if it works, it's going to be an issue specific to the configuration of the notifications for the form that isn't working.

having the same issue - I don't believe it to be server-related. I hardly ever miss a form submission from my consultations page but NEVER get them from my contact page.
http://jcdfitness.com/

I always login to see that i have unready messages in contact that were never pushed through to my email.

It depends on your web host. Gravity Forms doesn't actually send the email, your web server handles this. Gravity Forms simply calls the WordPress send mail function which uses PHP to send the email.

It is then the responsibility of your web server to actually handle and send that email. Some web hosts, such as GoDaddy, are notoriously unreliable when it comes to sending email via PHP.

We are planning on introducing Add-Ons for 3rd party email providers such as http://postmarkapp.com later this year which will provide much more reliable email delivery capabilities as well as reporting and analytics. This will be a better alternative for users who's web servers are not very reliable as far as email delivery goes.

Just wondering but sometimes when I log in, I'll see I have new messages under my contact form that never came through to my email. Luckily, I've been aware and noticed them but I'm afraid I won't remember all the time. Is this normal that they don't sometimes come through?
