It's a browser cache issue. Completely clear your browser cache, restart your browser and then login to your WordPress site and try and insert the form. Your browser did not load the necessary Javascript as it used cache instead.</p> <p>2. deactivated every plugin except gravity forms </p> <p>3. tried in firefox, safari and chrome </p> <p>my landing page is here: <a href="http://www.ravetopia.com/1735" rel="nofollow">http://www.ravetopia.com/1735</a></p> <p>I am using genesis and the agency theme.
