You should be able to do this using the Product Field for each item for that design rather than the Option Field.

The Product Field allows you to set a price and include a quantity field next to it. So you could add a Product Field for each item you want them to select from, then they could enter the Quantity for that item and the Total would be updated dynamically.

We also plan on implementing future enhancements to make grid like selections of products where there is a long list of items and they input a quantity.

Hi

I'm looking to build an order form but it is a bit complicated, I'll explain it and perhaps you could let me know if Gravity forms would be able to do this...

This is an order form for a company that sells wedding stationery. They have several designs, and for each design they sell different items such as wedding invites, table cards, reply cards etc.

Each design's has different prices for each order-able item, so the form would need to go something like this.

User selects design from a drop down box (at this point the only thing on the form is this drop down box)

Once the user selects the design from the box, the for, displays the items available for that design, the prices and asks for quantities for each item.

The price updates as they enter quantities.

The rest of the form is easy.
