The only way to delete your forms is via the UNINSTALL option on the Gravity Forms settings page. We have seen this issue happen when the Simple Facebook Connect plugin is present because of how the SFC processes page content multiple times resulting in multiple form submissions being sent.</p> <p>The Gravity Forms v1.5 development release, which is available on the Downloads of of this site, has a work around for this issue. I checked the entries and sure enough, the forms show multiple entries for the same submissions.</p> <p>I'm using captcha on all of my forms, is it possible an erroneous captcha code entry may trigger an admin notification?</p> <p>Any other ideas?</p> <p>Thanks in advance. </p>
