I have the same issue. When I try to set-up the notification with multiple rules, it doesn't seem to be working. For example, on one form there is a question with multiple answers and I want people who select 'a' to be routed to emails 1-5, and people who select 'b' to be routed to e-mails 1-10, and people who select 'c' to be routed to e-mails 1-20. It doesn't seem to allow me to do this. Is it possible?

You can use routing on notifications based on a checkbox/radio/drop down field selection.

I want to be sure that I can do something BEFORE I purchase.

I need a contact form plugin that will allow me to configure settings to route notification emails to several different email groups. Which group the notification is routed to needs to be based exclusively on the response of the user to one particular question in the form. Am I correct in thinking that this plugin will allow me to do this?
