Gravity Forms only routes based on a drop down, radio button, or select field. So if you created a country drop down, yes it could route based on that. However you would have to setup each individual county routing rule in the Notification setup.

Can gravity route by county field. If so, how many recipients?

I'm not sure what you are asking? Import the data from the old database to new?

Thanks, that would be great! So is it even possible (without gravity) to program a form from wordpress to go to another database? I just switched a site from website to wordpress and I need to keep original forms and route to existing database as I have hundreds of clients that are receiving those form submissions. Any ideas?

Gravity Forms stores the data in your WordPress database and it cannot be setup to store the data elsewhere. It does not currently support routing by zipcode. That is more advanced functionality and it isn't something it currently does although we may introduce an add-on for this type of functionality in the future.

I understand that Gravity has notification routing and the data is stored in its own tables inside your existing WordPress database. I am converting a traditional website to wordpress and I was wondering if there is a way that I can have the data form the forms go to another database other than the one set up in wordpress? Possibly re-directed?

I also read this:

"Currently a form has one recipient but it can be conditional. So if they select option a it would go to person a, if they select option b it would go to person b and so on"

My current forms/data are routed by zip code field to several thousand email addresses around the country. How would this work?
