You might want to try a SMTP plugin for WordPress and give it your Google Apps settings so it can send mail. WordPress might not be pushing e-mail to Google Apps by default.

Okay, thanks.

We have the email set up through Google Apps for business so the mail comes to the gmail interface. Do you think I would need to work with them instead of the host?

Usually, it is because of the way your domain is set-up. You need to add rules to your domain to make it a real mail server. Contact your host about the issue and they should be able to help you sort it out.

I have this same issue - I am confused why I can have notifications sent to my gmail address but I cannot send them to emails @ the same domain as the site. Any idea what causes that problem if the form will email to my gmail no problem?

I don't have a suggestion on which one is best, and the SMTP plugins are more about allowing WordPress to send mail effectively, and have no integration or changes in Gravity Forms.

Thanks for the reply! Would you recommend a particular smtp plugin? Would I need to implement it in some way to gravity forms?

I'm only using two other plugins, akismet and vSlider, and the last one was added after we had the issue, so I do not think the problem is there.

It could be. Gravity Forms sends notification messages to WordPress' built-in wp-mail.php file, so it doesn't do much other than pass on the details to that file and function. It would be wise to try a SMTP plugin and make sure no other plugins are causing issues/conflicts.

Hi! We are having a problem with the routing notification on our website. Most of the time it works well, but from time to time some notifications do not seem to arrive. It's a bit critical since we need to send a personalized answer to these notifications in a relatively short delay. I do not believe it is a spamfilter issue. Could it be a smtp issue? Our host is one.com. Our website is pbu-rogaland.no
