I have another form on another website that is now doing the exact same thing, it's ignoring my "from email" and "reply to" and instead sending the [user]@[servername].com instead of the specified address.

This is also a 1.7 upgrade.

Negative. I save the settings, but it keeps insisting on setting the from address based on he email address. The user email is set as the reply to address. The form notification is being sent to a gmail account, would gmail be hijacking these values?

Are you running a SMTP plugin on the site that might be controlling such things?

Gravity Forms 1.7+

I've tried changing my notifications setting multiple times, it would appear that doing so does not take affect on my forms.

I'm trying to re-route my "From Address" to deal w/ GMAIL-related issues (great write-up on dealing w/ GMAIL & Gravity Forms here: http://thomasgriffinmedia.com/blog/2010/09/configuring-gravity-forms-and-gmail/)

Unfortunately I cannot re-assign the FROM EMAIL FIELD or the REPLY TO FIELD and get the results to take affect.

Please advise.

One more Detail: this was a pre 1.7 updgrade site.
