The version is sooooo old it did not do an auto upgrade when I put the license key in and I was concerned about deleting it and reinstalling. However, I just found Carl Hancock's post on updating at <a href="http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/plugin-install-failed" rel="nofollow">http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/plugin-install-failed</a>. He stated you do not lose the forms, so I just decided to update and now everything is working. </p> <p>Upgrading resolved the whole issue. Thanks for your response. The form on our web site seems to be just fine, except that after the information is submitted the email that arrives is blank. When I go into Notifications to Administrator I can write information into the "Subject" and "Message" and it will appear in the emails after someone submits a form. However, none of the the form fields are working. Only words I write in. I insert form fields into the subject and message areas and the emails I receive after the form is submitted are blank.<br /> Any help is appreciated.<br /> Thank you! </p>
