Most mobile companies do have an email address you can use to send yourself an SMS and notifications can easily be setup to using them so that you receive an SMS notification. </p> <p>The problem with sending SMS is you have to do so through a service, so we would have to work with a third party service that provides online-to-SMS services and it would most likely come with an added fee. So it's not as simple as just adding the functionality to the plugin. If you customize the notification to be small enough for an SMS, you can just send it to the address of the phone and receive it as an SMS. I'm not sure if all mobiles have an email address, but every one I've used in the past couple years has.
